Hi Texas BBQ

As a young man I was always happiest around family. I can remember the summers when my Grandfather would fire up the smoker. As we all know when you smell that smoke hit your nose you had to follow it. At the end of the smoke out it was always like a family reunion.(my favorite part) This created a instant Love for BBQ for me as it was associated in my heart as how families and people can come together. Hints why we say "WE DO IT FOR THE OHANA" we are all family and we want to help bring us together.
